This role is an integral part of the outlet team that ensures that resources (staff, assets, inventories, customers) allocated to the outlet are well managed and utilised. It will empower you to lead a team of crew in daily service operations. You will take charge of customer relations, development of staff and the back-end service operations.
Our Management Trainee Programme takes approximately 1.5 - 2 years to complete depending on individual's prior work experience and background.

This programme aims to groom individuals to leaders, to equip management trainees with the relevant skills and knowledge to ensure smooth operations of a cafe/restaurant. You will also be placed on a rotational training programme between Operations and Human Resources portfolio. This training will allow you to understand the back-end responsibilities and everything behind the scene of running a cafe/restaurant. You will also be challenged to projects within the outlet in which your work will make a direct impact to the community.
No prior experience of being in a management role is required, we are happy to share our knowledge.
