Key Areas of Responsibilities:

As part of an outlet team, you will work hand in hand with other outlet management executives and supervisors in the outlet to oversee day-to-day operations. The key purpose is to ensure that resources (staff, assets, inventories, customers) allocated to the outlet are well managed and well utilized, with assistance from the products team, to deliver a memorable and positive customer dining experience and to bring about operational success to the outlet.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Singaporeans & PR only

  • Candidate must possess at least "N" Level/"O" Level

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

  • Has strong interpersonal skills and able to speak proficiently in English

  • Able to handle stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Pleasant disposition and deliver true hospitality

  • Takes responsibility to lead a team and an excellent team player

No prior experience of being in a management role is required. We are happy to share our knowledge.
