Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Preparing and producing mise en place for our various outlets in Singapore

Planning and tracking production inventory and movement

Upholding food quality and kitchen hygiene standards at all times

Complying with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the central kitchen

Maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of kitchen equipment and work environment
Requirements:

Able to communicate in basic English/Chinese

Able to handle stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Able to work well in a team-based environment

Meticulous and systematic when working in kitchen
